Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for the most common issues during a show.

Colours aren't syncing

Check the device counter — are participants actually connected?

Confirm you're targeting the right output (broadcast vs a studio view) in Easy Mode.

Ask participants to keep the room tab in the foreground with a stable connection.

Can't draw winners / nobody is eligible

Only active devices with a recent heartbeat and a foreground tab are eligible.

Check your entry filter isn't excluding everyone by date.

If you reset entries, the pool rebuilds from currently-active devices.

Participants see "out of bounds"

Confirm the geofence centre coordinates are correct and the radius is large enough.

Indoor GPS is imprecise — widen the radius for venues.

Participants must allow location access; see Location access.

MIDI device not found

Use a browser that supports the Web MIDI API and grant MIDI permission.

Connect the device before opening the console, then re-select the output.

Login problems

Use the password reset link if you've forgotten your password.

If a room denies access, ask an owner to add you as an editor — see Team & roles.
