Getting started as an operator
Sign in, open a room and find your way around the operator console.
Operating a room requires an account (participants stay anonymous, operators don't). You can sign in with email and password, or with Google or Facebook.
Go to Operator login from the header, or open /login.
Sign in with email/password, or choose Google or Facebook.
New here? Use Sign up to create an account with your display name. Forgot your password? Use the reset link on the login page.
Open your room
Once signed in you can open the operator console for any room you own or have been added to as an editor.
Open the room's operator console at /room/<code>/operate.
If you're not a member of that room, you'll be redirected to log in or be denied access — ask an owner to add you.
Note
Anyone with editor or owner access can operate the same room, and you all share the live state. See Team & roles.
Console tour
The console is organised into tabs. You'll move between them constantly during an event:
Easy Mode — push solid colours instantly. Your fastest control. See Easy Mode colours.
Sequencing — build reusable timelines of colour, graphics and audio. See Sequences overview.
Livedata — show-time playback plus live variables, timers and polls. See Playback & live data.
Competition — set up and run the prize draw. See Running a prize draw.
Statistics — manage members, rename the room, configure geofencing and the logo.
API Feeds — pull external data into the room (advanced). See The API Bridge.
